1. About this service
StoneHaven Staff Wiki is a private staff resource on the StoneHavenSMP website. Its Discord application lets users sign in with Discord and verifies membership in the designated StoneHaven Discord server and possession of the required Staff role.
The service is operated by Gage Olson / SwornHero for the StoneHaven community (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is intended exclusively for our own authorized staff and is not offered as a login service for other communities.
These Terms apply to the staff login service and protected Staff Wiki content. They are separate from the terms for Milo, the Discord–Minecraft chat bridge. By signing in or using protected content after these Terms have been made available to you, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You must use your own Discord account, meet Discord’s applicable minimum age requirements, and have authorization to act as StoneHaven staff. Where you cannot legally agree to these Terms independently, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.
A successful Discord login verifies identity; access also depends on the required server membership and Staff role. Signing in does not appoint you to staff, guarantee continued access, or grant permissions beyond your assigned duties.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn when your role changes, you leave the community, these Terms or community rules are violated, or security or operational needs require it. Cached authorization checks can create a short delay before a role change takes effect. If your authorization ends, stop using protected content immediately, even if a page remains open or temporarily accessible.
3. Permitted use
Use the Staff Wiki to carry out authorized StoneHaven responsibilities, including learning procedures, coordinating staff work, and assisting with community operations. Follow applicable laws, Discord’s terms and policies, StoneHaven’s rules, and instructions applicable to your staff role.
You must not share your login session, impersonate another staff member, circumvent access checks, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the website, or use information obtained through the service to harass, retaliate against, or improperly investigate another person.
Do not upload or transmit credentials or sensitive information through unapproved tools. Report suspected access-control problems privately to the contact below.
4. Confidentiality and responsible handling
Protected staff documents, screenshots, internal discussions, operational details, and nonpublic player information must be treated as confidential. Access is granted for your staff responsibilities, not for personal use or unrestricted redistribution.
Without prior permission from Gage Olson / SwornHero, you must not publish, forward, reproduce, or discuss this information outside authorized staff channels. This includes sharing it with ordinary community members, former staff, other communities, social media audiences, or external services such as public paste sites and AI tools.
Share information within authorized staff channels only with people who need it for their responsibilities. Download or copy material only when needed for authorized work, protect any copies you create, and avoid storing them on shared or publicly accessible devices.
These duties continue after your staff access ends. When requested or when your duties end, return or securely delete copies under your control, except where retention is required or protected by applicable law.
This section does not prohibit a disclosure required by law, a lawful report to authorities, protected whistleblowing, or confidential consultation with a legal adviser. It does not restrict information that has lawfully become public through no breach of these Terms. Where lawful and appropriate, notify us of a required disclosure so we can address it.
5. Account and device security
Protect your Discord account and the devices used to access the wiki. Use Discord’s available account-security features, sign out on shared devices, and do not give another person access through your account or browser session.
Notify us promptly if you suspect a compromised account, exposed session, lost device with an active session, or unauthorized disclosure of staff information. We may temporarily restrict access while investigating.
6. Staff guidance and content ownership
Wiki materials may include drafts, templates, and procedures being developed. Follow their stated status and seek clarification when instructions are incomplete or conflict. Access to a template does not mean it has been adopted as an official procedure.
Content remains owned by its respective rights holders. You receive limited permission to use it for authorized StoneHaven staff work while authorized. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to publicly redistribute protected material.
7. Privacy and third-party services
The StoneHaven Staff Wiki Privacy Policy explains Discord identity checks, authorization, cookies, hosting, analytics, retention, and privacy requests.
Discord authenticates your account; we do not receive your Discord password. Discord and our infrastructure providers operate under their own applicable terms and policies. StoneHaven Staff Wiki is an independent community application and is not sponsored or endorsed by Discord, Mojang Studios, or Microsoft.
These Terms are between you and us. They do not modify or override Discord’s Terms of Service or applicable Discord policies.
8. Availability and liability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service or particular content for operational, security, or legal reasons. Authentication and role verification depend on third-party availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every document is complete or current.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory legal rights.
9. Changes and questions
We will update the date above when these Terms change and give reasonable notice of material changes through the website or staff communications. Where required, we will obtain renewed agreement. Changes do not apply retroactively.
